Strategy Team

The Strategy Team is led by Stephen Karam (Sr. Urban Economist), working under the guidance of Abha Joshi-Ghani (Sector Manager), and is supported by Mila Freire (FEU Advisor), Kimberly Colopinto (JPA), and other Urban Anchor staff.  The main authors of the content sections are comprised of the following key Bank staff and consultants:

Each urban sector regional unit has appointed a focal point to prepare a regional perspective and narrative outlining overall regional strategy issues, key challenges, recent developments, highlighting good practice and outlining the agenda ahead as it bears on each specific region
